Thank you for shopping at MyItalianBracelet. We strive to provide you with high-quality Italian charm bracelets and exceptional customer service. Below is our return policy, including information on returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage.


Important Note:

Please ensure you enter your correct address when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped (within 5 days), we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your package is delivered incorrectly due to an address error on your part, we are not responsible and a refund cannot be issued.

If you entered the correct address but the local postal company delivered it to the wrong address, please contact the postal company first. If the postal company is unable to resolve the issue, you can email us, and we will either resend your order or issue a refund.


Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order according to our return policy.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to decide if you would like to return an item. If you wish to return an item, please let us know via our contact form or email: contact@myitalianbracelet.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and your order number. Shipping costs are at your own expense.  
You can not return an item if it’s used or damaged resulting from incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet. Gift cards are not covered by our return policy.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can return your undamaged and unused charms and bracelets. Upon receiving the returned items, we will process a refund, allowing you to purchase the desired products accordingly.


Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on our products, applicable only to manufacturing defects. Damages incurred through regular use, such as scratches, are not covered under the warranty. Additionally, damages resulting from incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet are not covered.

Moreover, variations in color compared to the website do not constitute manufacturing defects. This is because our charms are mostly handcrafted, leading to slight differences.

In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 1 year. Include a photo of the defective item and your order number in your message. Please also specify whether you prefer a replacement product or a refund. We will contact you within 5 business days.
