Welcome to our FAQ. We have tried to answer the most common questions.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €25. For orders under €25 the shipping fee is €4.99.
Additionally, we offer Premium Insured Shipping for just €1.99. With this option, you are guaranteed a refund or a replacement product if your package is lost in transit, if you provide the wrong address, or if the local delivery company fails to deliver.
Both options have track and trace.
Are there customs costs?
No, we take care of all customs costs, so you are not faced with unexpected costs.
What is the delivery time?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse abroad, with our supplier. Your order is usually delivered in 5 to 15 working days. In most cases, this will happen within 10 working days, but please be aware of potential delays due to holidays or strikes. Since the order fits through the mailbox, you don’t need to stay home for delivery.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to make a decision. If you wish to return an item, please let us know via email (contact@myitalianbracelet.com) or our contact form, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and your order number. Here we will provide you with more information. Shipping costs are at your own expense. Please refer to our refund policy for further details and conditions.
Can I exchange products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can return your undamaged and unused charms and bracelets. Upon receiving the returned items, we will process a refund, allowing you to purchase the desired products accordingly.
What payment methods do you offer?
Our payments are processed through Shopify payments. We offer the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay, Ideal and Bancontact.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you placed an order, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via email. Your order will be dispatched within 5 days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your email.
Is there a warranty? What if I have a defective product?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our products, applicable only to manufacturing defects. Damages incurred through regular use, such as scratches, are not covered under the warranty. Additionally, damages resulting from incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet are not covered.
Moreover, variations in color compared to the website do not constitute manufacturing defects. This is because our charms are mostly handcrafted, leading to slight differences.
In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 1 year. Include a photo of the defective item and your order number in your message. Please also specify whether you prefer a replacement product or a refund.

How many charms do I need?
For each bracelet, you will need approximately 16-20 charms, depending on the width of your wrist. Refer to our size chart to determine how many charms you need. Our standard bracelets come with 18 charms.
What material are the charms and bracelets made of?
Our charms and bracelets are made of stainless steel. This material offers resistance to discoloration, strength and hypoallergenic characteristics, making it an excellent choice for jewelry.
