Shipping & delivery
What are the shipping costs?
- Orders over €30: Free shipping (including Track & Trace)
- Orders under €30: Shipping fee of €4.99 (including Track & Trace)
Additionally, we offer Premium Insured Shipping for just €1.99. This option guarantees refund or replacement for lost packages, incorrect addresses, or failed local deliveries. This insurance does not cover cases where the local delivery tracking status indicates "delivered," but the recipient claims not to have received it.
Are there customs costs?
No, we take care of all customs costs so you are not faced with unexpected costs.
What is the delivery time?
- Estimated Delivery: 5–15 working days (usually within 10 days)
- Processing Time: 1-3 working days for dispatch
All our products are shipped from our warehouse abroad. Please be aware of potential delays due to holidays and strikes. Since the order fits through the mailbox in most countries, you don’t need to stay home for delivery.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number in your email. You can track your package on our special tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide if you would like to return an item. To start a return, please contact us through our contact form or email: contact@myitalianbracelet.com. Specify your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will contact you with the retour address. Please note, shipping is to the Netherlands and costs are at your own expense.

Can I exchange products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can return your undamaged and unused charms and bracelets. Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund, enabling you to purchase the desired products accordingly.
Is there a warranty? What if I have a defective product?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our products, applicable only to manufacturing defects. Damages incurred through regular use, such as scratches, are not covered under the warranty. Additionally, damages resulting from incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet are not covered.
Moreover, variations in color compared to the website do not constitute manufacturing defects. This is because our charms are mostly handcrafted, leading to slight differences.
In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 1 year. Include a photo of the defective item and your order number in your message. Please also specify whether you prefer a replacement product or a refund.

How many charms do I need?
For each bracelet, you will need approximately 16-20 charms, depending on the width of your wrist. Refer to our size chart to determine how many charms you need. Our standard bracelets come with 18 charms.
What material are the charms and bracelets made of?
Our charms, bracelets and watches are made of high-quality stainless steel. This material is waterproof, rust-resistant, tarnish-free, and won’t leave green spots, making it an excellent choice for jewelry!
