Welcome to MyItalianBracelet. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By placing an order or engaging with our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms. Please review them carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and responsibilities. If you do not accept these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
These terms apply to both users of the website and buyers of our products.
Products
We offer stainless steel, waterproof, rust-resistant, and tarnish-free charms, bracelets, watches, keychains, apple watch straps and tools. We also offer digital gift cards. Please note: jewelry items may contain nickel.
The product name of what we sell is ‘Italian charm bracelet’. This does not mean our products are Italian from origin.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Pricing
All prices are listed in the selected currency. Please note that prices may change at any time without prior notice. All prices include applicable taxes based on your location.
Services
We do not maintain physical inventory. Instead, our inventory is managed by our supplier, and we ship directly from their location. Orders are processed through a third-party supplier in China, who handles the packaging and shipment of our products directly to customers on our behalf. While we strive to provide high-quality products and services, please note that we do not manufacture the products sold on our site.
Payment methods
Our payments are processed through Spotify Payments. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and Shop Pay.
Please note that Klarna may not work in every country.
Shipping fees
- Orders over €30: Free shipping (including Track & Trace)*
- Orders under €30: Shipping fee of €5.99 (including Track & Trace)
Additionally, we offer Insured Shipping for just €1.99. This option guarantees a refund or replacement for stolen, lost, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed packages. Your order is fully protected from checkout to delivery. Please note that this insurance does not cover situations where the local delivery tracking status indicates "delivered," but the recipient claims not to have received the package.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary based on your location. We estimate delivery within 5-15 business days (usually 10) from the order date. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays, customs delays, or carrier issues.
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days for dispatch (may vary due to holidays)
- Estimated Delivery: 5–15 working days (usually within 10 days)
Orders to Australia may take longer to arrive and have fewer tracking updates.
All our products are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse abroad. Please be aware of potential delays due to holidays and strikes. Since most packages can fit through the mailbox in most countries, you do not need to stay home for delivery.
There is a risk that your package may get stuck or lost in transit. To mitigate this, we offer Insured Shipping for just €1.99 at checkout, which guarantees a refund or replacement for lost and stolen packages.
If your package is delivered incorrectly due to an address or name error on your part and you did not select the Insured Shipping option at checkout, we are not responsible and cannot issue a refund.
If the tracking information for your order indicates that the package is being returned to us, please be aware that this is not the case. Unfortunately, we do not receive these packages; they are destroyed by the courier. This occurs when there is an address error that makes the package undeliverable. If the Insured Shipping was not purchased, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss.

Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on our products, applicable only to manufacturing defects. Damages resulting from regular use, such as scratches, are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, damages caused by incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet are also not covered.
Please note that variations in color compared to what is shown on our website do not constitute manufacturing defects. Our charms are primarily handcrafted, which can lead to slight differences.
Our stainless steel products do not turn green with normal use. However, exposure to chemicals such as perfume, sunscreen, or chlorinated water may affect the material. In such cases, any resulting discoloration is not covered under the warranty.
In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 1 year of your purchase. Include a photo of the defective item and your order number in your message, and specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
Return policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if you would like to return an item. To start a return, please contact us through our contact form or email: contact@myitalianbracelet.com. We will contact you with the retour address. Please note, shipping is to the Netherlands and costs are at your own expense.
You cannot return an item if it has been used or is damaged due to incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet.
Once we have received your return, we will review it within 2 business days. After that, please allow 5-10 business days for the money to be back in your account. If you return all items, we will issue a full refund, which includes the order value, transaction costs, and shipping cost if they were paid at the time of purchase. Please note that the insurance fee is not included in the refund.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can return your undamaged and unused items. Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund, enabling you to purchase the desired products accordingly.
Cancelation policy
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with our refund policy.
Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that your name, address, and contact details are correct and complete. Inaccurate information may lead to delivery issues or package loss, for which we are not responsible.
- Monitor Your Order: Track your order and communicate any issues with us promptly.
- Handle Returns: If returning an item, you are responsible for shipping costs to the Netherlands.
- Review Delivery Information: Verify your address at checkout. Once shipped, changes cannot be made, and incorrect deliveries due to your errors are not our responsibility if you did not select the Insured Shipping option.
Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, text, and content shared on our homepage and social media platforms are the exclusive property of MyItalianBracelet. This includes, but is not limited to, images, graphics, and promotional materials. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
We take pride in our brand and the originality of our content. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to respect these intellectual property rights.
